Good Gentles, Welcome!
I am Baron Sir RanthulfR AsparlundR, Master of the Laurel. I was raised just south of Göteborg in the 10th year of King Valdemar, Rex Svierge. My station is noble, and so from an early age I was trained in the use of arms. In that capacity I traveled far with the Germans, protecting their cargos. While still a young man in England I was apprenticed to Master Robert of Two Cliffs in the arts of the book. After many years of work I was made a Master myself, but the fortunes of life changed and I found that because of my station back home I had to return to my previous responsibilities as a soldier. Eventually I inherited my estates as Baron and was later knighted by His Majesty Finn. My lands were taken back by the scoundrel Birger Magnusson and I resettled in the Barony of Cynnabar, where I have set up shop as a maker of books.
I would like to invite you to see my medieval manuscript art and how I make medieval books. Please visit my web site www.RandyAsplund.com to see that and much, much more. There are articles about:
